Some of my friends were skeptical about my idea to try myself in freediving.

“Is it safe?”, “Well, some kind of extreme!”, “Why do you need this?” all I heard was around. But I was always drawn to learn to stay under water longer, deeper and safer, so I didn’t give up my idea and did not regret it ABSOLUTELY.

It always seemed to me that holding my breath for 4 minutes is a total outrageous for me, 2 minutes is my reality. During training, I easily held my breath for three and a half minutes.

But the main thing is that I realized that this is really very little. So freediving has broadened the horizons of perception of my own abilities, which I am wildly happy about.
